Topic Details:

If you are a project manager in today's business world, chances are you are being asked to perform a multitude of tasks, and/or projects all at what may seem to be simultaneously. Why? Is this bad?

The pace is maddening, people are cranky, deadlines seem out of reach. There needs to be a better way. The question now is where, what, and when? Is there a tool solution? Or, is there some magical method of hypnosis that when applied we all suddenly team up and perform as if on cue? Is there something wrong in your job? Are you in high demand because of the value you bring to the job? Does everyone want to be on your team?

Come and join us to learn how to grow your job value as a project manager. Learn what is working in project teams and their organizations across America. Learn what successful project managers know that can help you become a more valued member of your organization. You'll learn how to grow in value with your employer and your associates. In this presentation you will also learn why the Project Management Office is considered to be the best friend of the Project Manager.

Meeting Format

The presentation will be in lecture format. The objective of the presentation is to present new ideas that help you see yourself and how you might begin to identify your job value to yourself, your project team members and to your management. This presentation is 60 minutes in length.
