About the Program:
Dr. Mathis’ humor and engaging presentation will focus on debunking the myths about why people should be champions of project management. This presentation will examine the benefits of using successful project management models and processes as well as how these processes reduce risk and problems while delivering higher quality and performance.
Dr. Mathis will discuss benefits of the PMP and how it will open new job opportunities as well as other career paths. Also, he will discuss how North American organizations are giving this credential greater significance and what this means for a PMI member.
