Implementation Project Management Workshop

  • Project Management Methodologies for Implementation Services
    • We will discuss the differences in PM Methodologies between implementation services and the development of software.
  • Implementation Structure/Creating an Implementation Team
    • The structure of an implementation is a roadway to its success. We will discuss a large scale implementation structure, preparation, management perspective, creating teams and subcommittees, who should be on these teams, how to hold meetings, how to make decisions, and programming, business analysis, and project management skill sets.
  • Virtual Project Management (working with distributed teams)
    • New challenges in Project Management have come about because the Internet, email and other “teaming tools” have provided the ability to work with team members on projects distributed world-wide. We will discuss some of the challenges, available tools and lessons learned.
  • Change and Transition Management
    • We will identify what Change and Transition Management is and how you can plan and manage Change and Transition in an implementation.
