Speaker Biography

John Oberdiek, PMP

 John Oberdiek has been working as a project manager for 15 years.  For the last 7 years he has worked with Info Tech, Inc. based in Gainesville, Florida.  Prior to that, he worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation as a Construction Project Manager and as a Software Implementation Project Manager.  John’s work on large-scale software implementations has taken him to projects in Montana, New York, Mississippi, Connecticut, the Philippines and Nebraska.  John earned his PMP in 2002 and a Master’s Certificate in Information Technology Project Management from George Washington University in 2004.

Gina Merseal, PMP

Gina Merseal has been working as a project manager for 15 years.  For the last 7 years she has worked with Info Tech, Inc. as a Project Manager and Senior Systems Analyst based out of the Fulton, Missouri satellite office; headquarters is in Gainesville, Florida.  Prior to that, she worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation as a Construction Inspector and Project Manager, Training Team Leader, and System Administrator.  Gina’s managed large scale implementations of Contract Administration AASHTO software in Oklahoma and Kentucky and has contributed toward other large scale implementations in New York and Montana.  Gina earned her Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Drafting and Construction Technology degree in 1992, her PMP in 2002, and a Master’s Certificate in Information Technology Project
